Our company was founded 89 years ago in a small factory in Suginami, Tokyo, and has maintained its manufacturing methods, thanks to which our “Junmai Senbei” has been on the market for 56 years.
We have many customers who have been supporting us for many years, and hearing them say that our products are delicious is what encourages us and makes our work worthwhile.
Furthermore, we handle everything from raw materials to shipping in our own factory, so it’s an environment where you can experience the joy of making things.

Daily flow

8:00: Start working

The workers gather for a general morning greeting and meeting to confirm any communication issues that need to be addressed with each team.

9:30: Preparation of materials

Start work at your assigned post.
While checking the work procedure, add the raw rice and check the moisture content.

12:00: Lunch/break

Taking a break in the employee cafeteria.
Employees spend their time eating either their homemade lunchbox or the contracted lunches.

13:30: Drying and seasoning

The mochi is shaped into rice crackers and then dried.
Season the baked rice crackers.

15:00: Packaging

The finished products are transferred to the packaging line and packaged using an automatic packaging machine.

16:30: General cleaning

All staff start cleaning the equipment.
After work is completed, the factory is cleaned up.

17:30: Leaving work

Check the things that need to be confirmed so that everyone can work on the next day.
The time you leave work may vary depending on the amount of work and the nature of your tasks that day.
