At Risshodo, we take various measures every day to ensure safety standards are met, including verifying the procurement, production, and distribution of our ingredients to ensure our customers can enjoy our products with peace of mind.
Installing multiple detectors
We have installed multiple detectors on each factory’s production lines to prevent the entry of foreign objects that are hard to spot with the human eye. We have also added detectors with the latest systems to provide even greater safety.
Packaging inspection machines are also used.
On the fast-moving packaging line, products are inspected multiple times by cameras and packaging inspection machines such as weight checkers, as well as by experienced staff. Any defective products are immediately removed.
Dough selection by experienced staff
In processes that cannot be done by machines, multiple staff, including one with over 30 years of experience, constantly check the cutout dough, and only the dough that has not lost its shape is sent to the next process.
How to store your purchased products
Once purchased, please store the product at room temperature, avoiding high temperatures and humidity. During the hot and humid summer season, we use moisture-resistant packaging film to maintain product quality.
